"Booking was easy overall"
I booked my Zion reservation and it was straightforward. The pages loaded without any issues, though checkout did take a little longer than I expected... but it went through fine. Got the confirmation email right away, so no complaints really.

"Tour info was kinda all over the place tbh"
I used zionnationalpark.com to look up tours and things to do, but it was a little confusing lol. Some of the activity info was useful, but prices and details weren’t always super clear, so I still ended up checking other sites. The shuttle and hiking info was okay, but not really enough to fully plan everything. I expected it to be way easier tbh.

"I checked Zion National Park before our..."
I checked Zion National Park before our Zion trip, and it ended up being useful. I don’t remember exactly how I found it, but the safety info was easy to follow, covering things like what to bring, heat warnings, flash floods, and basic trail reminders.
It wasn’t overwhelming or overly long, which I appreciated. It just gave me enough of a heads-up to feel a little more prepared, especially with some of the stuff we were trying to figure out last minute. I’d probably look at it again before going back.

"The kids did have a good time..."
The kids did have a good time, so I’m glad we went, but I felt a bit misled about how easy the trails would be. They got tiring quickly, especially with kids along, and it wasn’t quite the relaxed outing I thought we were signing up for.

"Felt Penalized for Needing to Change My Plans"
Booking was simple enough at first, so I didn’t expect the cancellation part to be such a hassle. When I had to change my trip dates, it felt like I was basically stuck with barely any reasonable options, even though it wasn’t like I was trying to cause trouble.
Support did reply, but it didn’t really make a difference, and I still ended up losing more money than I thought was fair. I guess it’s fine if your plans are completely locked in, but if life happens and you need any flexibility, it feels like you’re the one who pays for it.

"The info was actually right"
The maps matched what we saw when we visited — which was a nice surprise. No issues there...

"Shuttle info actually came in handy"
I used the site before our Zion trip to figure out where the shuttle stops were and how the timing worked. I was sitting at the kitchen table with coffee, probably overplanning like usual, but it was easy enough to follow and ended up being genuinely helpful. We didn’t have to drive around confused or guess where to go, which made the whole day feel a lot smoother.
"I used Zion National Park while..."
I used Zion National Park while planning our trip, it was a huge help. The trail info, shuttle details, and places to stay were all easy to find without digging through a bunch of clutter. It saved me a lot of time and made the whole process feel way less stressful. I really appreciate when a travel site actually helps people instead of just making you click around forever
"The scenery was definitely pretty, I’ll give..."
The scenery was definitely pretty, I’ll give it that, but it felt a bit overhyped. A lot of the viewpoints were packed, so it was hard to really take it in or enjoy any quiet moments. I also got the sense that when I asked simple questions, I was kind of talked down to, which didn’t help the experience. Not a bad place by any means, just not as peaceful or impressive as I expected.

"Parking was such a pain"
Not sure if it was just the timing or what, but the lots were already full when I got there and I ended up driving around way longer than expected. Frustrating, honestly

"Clear info from the start"
Booking was really straightforward, and I appreciated that all the fees and dates were shown before I paid. There weren’t any weird surprises later, which is the kind of preventable hassle I’m glad they avoided...

"Helpful staff when I was feeling a bit overwhelmed"
I had a couple questions before my Zion trip i was already feeling a little stressed and confused about which pass I needed.
The staff got back to me really quickly and explained everything in a simple, normal way instead of sending some generic copy-paste response. They even caught a timing issue I hadn’t thought about at all.
I really appreciated the help. It made planning feel way less overwhelming, and it actually felt like a real person was taking the time to answer me

"Easy site to get around"
The website was easy to use, and I found what I was looking for fairly quickly. The pages loaded without any trouble, and the information was simple to read without having to click all over the place. The booking details and park info were clear enough for me. It is a clean, straightforward site, and I did not really run into any issues.

"Honestly, the permit info actually helped a lot"
I mean, I was kind of expecting the whole permit thing to be a hassle, but it was actually straightforward. Like, I got the info I needed and had my permit sorted out way faster than I thought I would.

"Got a quick answer when I needed help"
I had a question about my booking and they got back to me quickly (which was a relief). The reply was clear and sorted out what I was confused about. it was nice dealing with actual support that responds instead of leaving you hanging.

"Really helpful maps for planning Zion"
I used zionnationalpark.com mostly for the maps and they helped a lot. The trails was easy to understand, and I liked how the main roads, shuttle stops, and viewpoints were all shown clear without the map feeling too packed.
It made planning our day way less confusing. I still double checked a few things just to be safe, but the map quality was better than most other sites I looked at.

"Really useful for planning our Zion hikes"
I used zionnationalpark.com before our trip to look up a few trail details, and it helped a lot. The difficulty ratings and distance info were especially handy for Angels Landing and the Riverside Walk, since we wanted a better idea of what we were getting into. A few pages felt a little crowded with information, but it was still easy enough to find what we needed. Overall, I’d say it’s a solid resource and definitely worth using if you’re planning a Zion visit. 4 stars...

"Straightforward and fair pricing"
I liked that the fees were clear from the start. The prices felt fair, and there weren’t any random extra charges popping up at checkout. Refreshing, honestly.

"Season advice was helpful, but not totally on point"
I checked zionnationalpark.com before our spring trip to get a better idea of what to expect, and it did give me a decent starting point. The seasonal tips were easy to read and covered the basics, which was nice when I was just trying to get organized.
That said, some of the info felt a little too general and not as up to date as I hoped. The shuttle details and weather notes didn’t really line up with what we experienced, so I ended up double-checking other sites anyway. It wasn’t useless, but for planning a Zion trip, I expected the updates to be clearer.

"Worked fine on my phone, honestly"
I used it on my phone to check out trails and book a few things, and it was all easy. No stress, no confusion, just kind of did what I needed it to do. Totally fine. Great, even.
